Access procedure
Access permit is necessary for access to Port complex’s –Ruse territory. It is issued for automobiles owned by clients or contractors of Port complex –Ruse J.S. C.
The price of the access permit according to current “Prices and terms” is 15 BGN per month and 85 BGN per year (including VAT).
The client must present a letter for issuance of permit in the administrative building of the company, with detailed description of the registration numbers and names of vehicle’s drivers.
