Port Complex Ruse J.S.Co. is a public trade organization with head office in Ruse. The Complex manages several of the basic Bulgarian ports on the Danube – Port of Ruse, Toutrakan and Silistra. They are situated along the Danube – from km.375 to km.497. The company is managed by a Board of Directors. Sole owner of the capital is the Republic of Bulgaria. Port complex Ruse J.S.Co. has an independent commercial, marketing, investment and organizational policy.
The activity of the Complex is carried out in compliance with the regulations of the Statutes and the Organizational Rules.In 2007 „Port complex -Ruse” J.S.Co. was certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
